Service Description

Under Part 10 of Manitoba's Workplace Safety and Health Regulation, every employer must have a written harassment prevention policy. But a policy on the wall doesn't change how people treat each other. Our Respectful Workplace training does. Built on the foundation of psychological safety and aligned with the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety (CSA Z1003), this interactive program goes beyond rules and compliance to build a genuinely respectful culture. Participants explore the difference between compliance, civility, and true respect; understand the legal framework in plain language; recognize harassment, violence, and bullying and the harm they cause; and learn how to communicate, set boundaries, report concerns, and support one another. The training is practical and scenario-based, grounded in real workplace situations. It's designed to give everyone, leaders, managers, and employees, a shared understanding of their role in creating a workplace where people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and be treated with dignity. This is not a policy-reading exercise or a disciplinary session. It's an engaging, respectful conversation about how good workplaces actually work.
