About Reliance Safety Services

Our company has proudly served Flin Flon and Northern Manitoba as a trusted local business for over 70 years, with family ownership since 1994. Over the decades, we built a strong reputation across redi-mix concrete, landscaping and hardscaping, heavy equipment operation, snow removal, trucking, and mechanics, work that helped build this community.

As we evolved, we saw a growing need for comprehensive health and safety services across the region, and Reliance Safety Services grew from that. Today we bring the same family commitment to quality and service to occupational and psychological health and safety.

On the occupational side, we deliver health and safety training, including Red Cross First Aid, Fall Protection, and Confined Space, along with drug and alcohol collection, respiratory fit testing, and audiometric screening.

On the psychological side, we offer more than most providers. We deliver certified Mental Health and Wellness training for peers and for managers and leaders, and our own developed programs, including Respectful Workplace, Supervisor Training, and Running on Empty, a program focused on burnout and mental health. We also provide psychological health and safety consulting, from assessment through program development and implementation.
