Service Description
This training is for managers and leaders, across any industry, who are looking for tools on how to better recognize signs of distress amongst their team, respond to an employee experiencing mental health concerns, and create a culture of psychological safety in their workplace.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking: Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot in the course. Cancellation/Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your training, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations or changes made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Changes made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide effective and well-organized training sessions.
