Reliance Safety Services is the health and safety division of Reliance Services (1994) Ltd., a Flin Flon business that has served northern Manitoba for over 70 years, family-owned since 1994.
We built the safety division to do something most providers don't: bring occupational and psychological health and safety together, delivered on site, by people who know this region and the realities of working in it. Physical safety and mental health are not separate concerns, and we treat them as one.
Led by an NCSO with advanced certification in psychological health and safety, and backed by qualified instructors and certified technicians, Reliance Safety Services brings the same commitment to quality, professionalism, and lasting client relationships that the Reliance name has stood for across three generations of this community.

About Reliance Safety Services
Reliance Safety Services is a full-service occupational and psychological health and safety company, dedicated to meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations. We help organizations stay compliant with industry regulations while building workplaces that are safe in every sense, physically and mentally.
On the occupational side, our services include health and safety training, safety program development, risk assessments, and safety inspections. For testing, we provide respiratory fit testing, sound level and hearing conservation assessments, and drug and alcohol collection.
On the psychological side, we offer more than most providers. We deliver certified Mental Health and Wellness training for both peers and for managers and leaders, along with our own developed programs, including Respectful Workplace, Supervisor Training, and Running on Empty, a program focused on burnout and mental health. We also provide psychological health and safety consulting, from assessment through to program development and implementation.
